Production · Process
A flawless product is made of thousands of details.
This is how modules and packs are made at our production centres: station by station, each with its own check and record.
Module line
From cell to module, in ten stations.
Click a station to see what is done and what is checked.

Cell
Cell loading
Robot arms load the cells onto the line: higher throughput, no manual handling and no risk of knocking the terminals.

Pack line
From module to a sealed, tested pack.
Every result is logged in the MES; if a station flags a non-conformity, the part goes no further.

Cooling plate assembly
Fixed-torque screwdrivers instead of adjustable wrenches: faster, with the exact torque on every joint.

Quality in the detail
Four checks almost nobody sees.
Insulation test
Every product goes through electrical safety testers before leaving the line: insulation and withstand voltage tests up to 6,000 V, with a verdict in around 40 ms.
Plasma cleaning
Every cell is cleaned with ionised gas before welding: it removes grease, fingerprints and oxides, raises surface energy and leaves defect-free joints.
CCD inspection
CCD detectors along the line flag any faulty process the moment it happens, with less manual intervention.
Bolting station
A loose joint raises resistance and temperature. Every bolt is tightened with torque and angle controlled in real time, without damaging the thread.
