How we integrate a BESS
From cell to operating system, in eight steps.
We integrate LFP cells with BMS, power conversion, protection, cooling, fire suppression and our EMS. Every step is logged: traceability from cell to commissioning.
01Cell inspection
Incoming inspection of every LFP cell before it enters the line: electrical measurement and visual inspection.
02Laser welding
We join the cells with laser-welded busbars and inspect every joint.
03BMU and BMS interconnection
We wire each pack's BMU and the BMS that monitors the voltage and temperature of every cell.
04Pack assembly
We group the cells and close each pack with its enclosure, connectors and electronics.
05Rack integration
Packs are mounted in racks with their control box, protection and series connection.
06Functional and quality testing
Every pack and every rack passes functional and quality checks before release.
07Final BESS assembly
We integrate PCS, protection switchboards, cooling, fire suppression and the EMS.
08Packing and dispatch
The system leaves ready for transport, with its documentation and test traceability.
EMS, PPC and SCADA
The software that runs the plant is ours too.
Control, supervision and energy management to optimise plant performance. We develop and operate our own EMS, with no third-party dependence.
