Consulting


We offer a comprehensive consulting service specializing in the energy sector, particularly in photovoltaic projects and hybrid systems with BESS, to support clients from the conceptualization phase through to project commissioning. Our consulting services are divided into:

  • Technical and economic feasibility studies: We assess energy resources, as well as the site’s potential and regulatory constraints. We analyze the technical and economic factors that determine the project’s feasibility.
  • Regulatory analysis and due diligence: We identify the applicable legal and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with local, national, and European regulations. We track licenses, authorizations, and procedures with public agencies.
  • Access and Connection Management: We provide consulting services and prepare the technical documentation required to apply for access and connection with utility companies, including technical reports, single-line diagrams, and connection plans.
  • Availability and Production Simulation: We apply statistical models and PERT distributions to accurately predict system performance and expected availability. We conduct simulations and comparative studies to optimize plant design, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Environmental impact audits and carbon footprint registration: measurement and offsetting of CO₂ emissions. Carbon removal projects andreductionplanscertified by the Ministry for Ecological Transition. Development ofsustainability policies aligned with the UN Global Compact.
  • Financial modeling and incentive management: designof financing structures, including equity, green loans, and leasing. We prepare cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses. We provide consulting services on grants, PPAs, and investment remuneration schemes.

Engineering and permitting


We support every project from the initial access and connection phases through to detailed engineering, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness of the installation.

We work closely with distributors and regulatory agencies to define technical requirements and manage all the necessary procedures until final authorizations are obtained, thereby avoiding delays and ensuring compatibility with the grid.

During the engineering phase, we size the plant, select the equipment, and design the complete electrical configuration—including the layout, wiring, conduits, and structures—ensuring an efficient, safe, and scalable design.

In bid engineering and technical studies, we develop electrical, mechanical, and civil drawings ready for bidding, analyze expected energy performance, and evaluate costs and profitability, providing a solid foundation for decision-making.

Finally, we approach detailed engineering with the utmost rigor, performing civil engineering calculations, single-line diagrams, grounding studies, and electrical studies in accordance with regulations, and providing technical documentation and manuals that facilitate the project’s implementation and operation.

EPC Construction


At BK Energies, we offer turnkey projects under the EPC model, taking full responsibility from engineering through to commissioning, with a focus on quality, meeting deadlines, and optimizing resources.

We manage and coordinate all phases of the project, from construction planning and supply chain management to installation and final handover. We handle equipment procurement, logistics, subcontractor coordination, and the execution of civil, electrical, and mechanical work, ensuring the efficient integration of all systems.

We apply project management methodologies and ongoing monitoring to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met, backed by quality and environmental management systems that comply with international standards. Commissioning tests and final validation ensure that each facility is delivered ready for operation with complete reliability.

Thanks to our in-house engineering and constant technical oversight, we maintain complete control over the construction process, meeting the highest standards of safety and efficiency. We incorporate best practices in risk prevention and industrial safety, adhere to international standards, and conduct regular inspections to ensure a safe work environment throughout the project’s execution.

Operation and Maintenance (O&M)


We offer a comprehensive Operations and Maintenance service designed to maximize the availability, performance, and profitability of facilities throughout their entire lifecycle. We monitor plants 24/7 using SCADA platforms, combining remote and on-site monitoring with active alarm management and continuous performance analysis.

We implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs that include regular inspections of equipment and structures, cleaning of modules, replacement of critical components, and rapid response to incidents, thereby minimizing operational impact and downtime. This proactive approach allows us to anticipate failures and ensure reliable and efficient operation.

Our O&M model is based on advanced analysis of operational data and availability simulations, which allows us to evaluate key indicators such as PR, availability, and incidents, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize the plant’s energy performance. In addition, we prepare periodic technical reports, manage as-built documentation, and maintain comprehensive records of all work performed.

We complement our services with spare parts management and logistics optimization to ensure a rapid response, as well as repowering and technology upgrade projects, incorporating improvements to modules, control systems, and monitoring systems that extend the facility’s service life and increase its performance in accordance with current regulations.
